A Permanent Park Unit... #61 is a 30-foot long trailer. It includes a queen-size bed, set of bunk beds, gas stove, full-size refrigerator, small shower and tub, full-size standard toilet, gas stove and oven. It is located on row three as shown on the map below.

After purchase it would change to a permanent ground rental and service agreement:

Private Wi-Fi Subscriber Service Available on line for fee.

Only one passenger vehicle and RV permitted per site.

All rents due 1st day of each month. $5 Penalty on 10th day of unpaid rent, $1 per day thereafter until rent paid.
