and Policies
Chokoloskee Island Park
Welcome to
Chokoloskee Island Park. We hope you have a pleasant visit! The
following rules and policies have been established with your comfort
and that of your neighbors in mind.
1.
Keep campsites clean. All garbage must be bagged and
deposited in the dumpster. No garbage may be left in the area around
the dumpster or anywhere on your campsite.
2. Quiet please from 10 pm to 8 am.
Excessive noise and loud parties will not be permitted. Tenters
should pay special attention to the ease by which voices and music
carry over to RVs and other tenters. Please respect your neighbors
and minimize noise especially during quiet time. Keep radios, audio
devices, and TVs down at all times.
3. The person registering is held responsible
for his party's socially acceptable conduct and proper clothing
at all times. Drunkenness, profanity, or immoral conduct
will not be tolerated.
4. No open fires allowed. Fires
must be attended in charcoal grills or metal fireplaces.
5. Please do not cut across your neighbor's
yard or lot, whether occupied or vacant.
6. Parents are responsible for the
activities, conduct, and safety of their children.
7. Pets must be on a leash while outside.
A dog-walk is provided along the boat ramp. You are expected
to clean up after your pet. Please control your dog's barking. No
Doberman, Rotweiller, Pit Bull, Chow or any mix thereof are allowed.
8. Sewer hook-ups must be properly
connected using a rubber seal (available for sale in the office
if you don't have one). Do not dispose of grease, plastic, and sanitary
napkins in the sewer. Recycling bins for glass, aluminum, and plastic
containers are available in the small shed attached to the laundry
room.
9. Motorcycles, ATVs, scooters,
minibikes, and related vehicles may be used only for leaving or
entering the campground.
10. Checkout time is 11 am.
11. No electric heaters.

Purchase of ice, bait, fishing equipment, water, and cold beverages.
Please note: Management is not responsible for loss due to
fire, accident, theft, and other misfortunes. The Park reserves
the right to refuse service at any time and to expel those who violate
our rules and policies.
As
a park guest, you will be asked to read and agree to these rules
and policies on behalf of yourself and your party.
